리뷰
모두 보기This book was wonderful. As expected of Nomura-sensei~! Takeoka-sensei also did a wonderful job on the illustrations too! --Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Ita koro is a series based loosely off of the The Tales of Genji by Murasaki Shikibu. However, instead of taking place during the Heian Period, this story takes place in the modern world in a school called, Heian. The story's protagonist, Akagi Koremitsu, is a teenager cursed with the looks that are akin to a delinquent. (He is totally not a delinquent though) Because of this, everyone avoids him, and he hasn't ever made friends. Determined to make friends in high school, he goes to a new school for a fresh start only to wind up in an accident that forces him to start school a week later than the rest of his peers. There he meets Mikado Hikaru, who later ends up dying in an accident.Hikaru is the school's playboy (and of course is the character based off of Hikaru Genji) and is loved by all the girls and hated by all the guys. Because of this he hasn't had a real male friend. AFter his accident, he winds up a ghost with and ends up haunting Koremitsu. For you see, Hikaru has a regret, he wishes to fulfill a promise he made with his fiance. And Koremitsu is the only one who can do it. The characters were really nice and likeable. I found the friendship between Hikaru and Koremitsu really nice. They are pretty much polar opposites, yet their friendship works out perfectly. The female characters were all good too. From Aoi to Honoka. I found myself liking them quite a bit. And of course this book ends with a (somewhat) cliffhanger that really makes me look forward to the next one.Overall, wonderful job Nomura-sensei. I will definitely be reading the next book of this series.
