Rene once had a fulfilling life as a French Canadian ecologist, dedicated to understanding the wonders of nature. But after the world changed drastically due to the Last Great Plague, everything shifted. Now, with the ability to travel through time, he finds himself propelled into a new reality filled with both peril and possibility.
As he navigates through different eras, he grapples with the weight of a heavy oath he took—not just to his craft, but to humanity itself. The journey challenges him in ways he never expected, forcing him to confront the past while striving to change the future. Emotions run high as each adventure brings lessons, heartache, and the hope to mend a broken world.
