Things are looking up for Dakota Frost - new child, new house, and new car. But when vicious magical graffiti begins targeting vampires and werewolves - starting with her friends - everything starts to fall apart.
As the attacks mount up, so does the mistrust of the vampires, the werewolves, and even the police, leaving Dakota caught in a triangle of jealousy between her ex-girlfriend and a new vampire who may want more than just her blood.
Soon, only one option remains: she must swallow her pride and ask for help. She must return to her old skindancing mentor. She must return to Blood Rock.
