By the Creek

By the Creek is an exciting and heart-warming novel that shows how circumstantial events help to overcome natural temptations. It is couched between a career decision and a hot love story, with embedded passion and compassion, that reveals a baseball learning experience for young adult readers. By the Creek is an amazing, yet tender, story of how a sexy waitress could change a young man whose only dream was to play baseball. Despite feminine competition from a bounteous bevy of beauties, a kidnapping, team turmoil, and a long-remembered event at the old swimming hole, this waitress, who overcomes a prior hate for baseball, circumscribes all proposed paths of intervention and, with the aid of her twin sister, conquers the future for Tom Sharky, by the creek.
