Capital Crimes is an exciting anthology of short stories from ten members of the International Thriller Writer’s Organisation. It includes as the opening story my contribution called:
INSCRUTABLE
This features my popular London detective Todd "Ratso" Holtom who came to prominence in my full-length thriller Hard Place.
Inscrutable finds him investigating a horrific murder of three Asians in London's Chinatown where he works against a backdrop of the Triads, drugs and casinos.
