설명
Elizabeth Bennet is the first to admit she is no saint — although to the tenant farmers she is.
Being trapped in a deserted and very cold cottage as the only shelter from a storm for Christmas, is bad enough.
But when there’s a knock on the door, and she opens it to reveal Mr. Darcy, carrying a very cold and very hungry newborn he’d found abandoned, her calm outward manner is found wanting indeed.
Darcy had no thought in his mind but to leave this inconvenient discovery at the nearest house, with a sovereign or two to pay for the relief. He can think of nothing worse than being trapped in a snowstorm with the disconcerting Miss Bennet, who has, all-unknowingly, the ability to render him unable to think coherently.
Does the crackling tension lead to Christmas fights, or good cheer? And what of the future? Are they to be forced to remain together with or without love?
Darcy’s Christmas Lesson is a short and sweet Regency Christmas novella of 24,500 words
