설명
McGee was moored beneath the bridge and having a lot of luck with a Wounded Spook and some hungry fish. Suddenly there was a screech of brakes overhead. The girls came down, feet first, skirt fluttering, through the orange glow of the bridge lights. She chunked into the water off the bow of the skiff. taking the plug, and McGee's line straight to the bottom. A motor roared. The car rocketed off.
McGee went down after her, ripping his hands as he tore at the wire that tied cement to her feet. He brought her up, dried her off and waited for her to cry cop.
She didn't. And McGee knew right then she was trouble. When he couldn't hope to know was that this Eurasian beauty with the look of angels about her had a heart like an ancient gutter, and was ready to snare him in a murder racket to end all murders..
