When Kurt Gerhardt loses his job, and his father is murdered over $5, it seems as though his life is over. Or it would be over, if Greg Salinger, the erstwhile Foolkiller, hadn't been allowed to access the Internet from Central Indiana Mental Facility, Weldon Creek.
