Ame este libro, los personajes, la trama todo para mi es un 10/10 me lo volvería a leer
OMGGGGG!!!!Thisss BOOKKK has my entire heart...."To loving every version of yourself, even the ones you want to leave behind."Even though the story was way to long thinking it was a slow burn at first but it wasn't.... sooo the story begins with Asher’s mid-season transfer to Blackcastle United, a move that puts him in direct competition with his estranged brother, who plays for the same team, but after his team's lost in one of the games his coach decided to give him a training session with the most person that he hated Vincent and under the control of his rival sister, Scarlet.Scarlett, the female protagonist, is introduced as a prima ballerina whose career has been derailed by a debilitating injury, so that infected her career as a ballerina and resulted a impact on her health a struggle with chronic pain. But the last that she wanted is to fall in love with the most popular hamdsome footballer Asher Donavan. One of my favorite things about the story is seeing the glamorous lives of these young footballers. Asher’s home is gorgeous, cozyy.. It was fun to watch him at an exclusive party at a club, charity events, taking helicopter rides and being offered sponsorships. When Asher’s big sponsor, Aoki Watches, needs him to fly to Tokyo, he takes Scarlett along and there’s a luxury suite (with a grand piano!) and they go to the finest restaurants. It was romantic and i was in loveeee when i read about their date after 6 months of being tgt, HE TOOK HER TO MEET HER FAVOURITE AUTHORR ISABELLA FROM KING OF PRIDE, and kai wasss even withh herr omggg!!! It felt like I've met an old friend after along time, i really miss them.“It’s okay. I didn’t come for the ice cream.”I came for you."The relationship between Scarlett and Asher when they first start dating was everything!! I really loved them tgt, they completely completed each other's insecurities, they were so desperately in love but the bookkk wasss wayy to long like it has almost 600 pages, but i was a beautiful experience to fell in love again with writing of my favourite author of all the time.
I usually love Ana Huang's books but this i really can't. This book was over hyped for idk what reason tbh. The storyline was so similar to other books. When I read the blurb, i literally thought that i read this book before. There's not a single thing in that book that I've never read before. This might just be the lowest rating, i ever gave to one Ana Huang's books.
