While Jessica is on the phone speaking to her brother, Jimmy, someone takes several shots at him and the line goes dead. Seeking answers, Jessica's husband travels to Brownsville, Texas and soon finds himself embroiled in a personal dispute between his brother-in-law and a local drug kingpin named, Donato Sierra. When Sierra sends men after the doctor's husband, he soon learns that he underestimated the man. Now it's a race against time, for as he searches for his brother-in-law to help him, Sierra's men are seeking Jimmy so that they can kill him. However, once Jimmy is safe, it only serves to enrage Sierra and the conflict escalates between he and the doctor's husband. Now, Sierra vows to see him dead and masses his army of street soldiers against him in a battle that will test his considerable skill at survival, and although Sierra possesses the sheer numbers that would overwhelm most men, Jessica White's husband is not most men, and may very well in fact be the most dangerous man alive.
