I read this as part of a book club read, and I really enjoyed it. The storyline flicks between the present day and the past 10 years Christmas flights home for our two main characters. From nightmare flights avoiding each other through to deliberately booking seats together and swapping gifts. It was fun to read how the relationship developed between the characters and the lengths they go to in order to make sure each is ok and able to get home. Their families were also lovely, and I was pleased to see there are more books in this series, with some of them stepping into the main character roles, so much so, I immediately downloaded book 2!A lovely feel-good, cosy Christmas romance.
