설명
In a groundbreaking exploration of science and ethics, a group of ambitious scientists and investors unveil their audacious project—a theme park populated by living dinosaurs. This awe-inspiring venture, built on the dream of reviving creatures that roamed the Earth millions of years ago, thrives on the thrill of the unimaginable. However, as they attempt to control these majestic beasts in a carefully crafted environment, they soon discover that nature has its own unpredictable agenda.
When the park's security systems fail and the dinosaurs begin to roam free, chaos erupts. The characters, including paleontologists, corporate leaders, and unsuspecting visitors, find themselves grappling not only with the primal fear of these ancient predators but also with the moral implications of playing god. As they navigate this dangerous landscape, they are forced to confront their own humanity and the consequences of tampering with the forces of nature.

A solid and fast-paced read. The science and tension both hit hard, and it holds up well even with what we now know. Hammond was an absolute lunatic — I can’t imagine having that little concern for others, especially his own family. Some of the science is clearly dated now (the DNA recovery, frog gene stuff, and dinosaur behavior), but that doesn’t take away from how well the story works as a warning about human arrogance and control. Still a great ride.
