Kin

Ten years is a long time, though in my memory ten years seems like yesterday.'Gwen believes in varying degrees of relationships in this world -- having nothing to do with blood ties. Some people just naturally find each other. Those, she calls 'Kin'. The highest order of 'kin' is 'soulmate'. Upon her return to the campus where she once took a First Aid course, Gwen recalls her meeting with one such person, and the mistakes, both big and small, that she made. The memories almost overwhelm her, but she believes she has to find closure.Life has a way of dealing with such plans.
