설명
In this brilliant collection of poems about all forty-one English Kings and Queens, the Bad kings are bad and the Good kings are good - make no mistake about it!
From William the Conqueror: "And if any Saxon is found out of bed, After eight o'clock sharp it was Off With His Head!" - through Henry VIII: "Bluff King Hal was full of beans: He married half a dozen queens" - to George VI, who saw Great Britain through the war: "England is your dower; And you with her must go, through her darkest hour" - ending with a tribute to Elizabeth II:
And here is the Queen that everyone knows"
This is a collection of witty and brilliant poems that bring our monarch unforgettably to life.
