설명
It’s been five years since the events of City of Heavenly Fire that brought the Shadowhunters to the brink of oblivion. Emma Carstairs is no longer a child in mourning, but a young woman bent on discovering what killed her parents and avenging her losses.
Together with her parabatai Julian Blackthorn, Emma must learn to trust her head and her heart as she investigates a demonic plot that stretches across Los Angeles, from the Sunset Strip to the enchanted sea that pounds the beaches of Santa Monica. If only her heart didn’t lead her in treacherous directions…
Making things even more complicated, Julian’s brother Mark—who was captured by the faeries five years ago—has been returned as a bargaining chip. The faeries are desperate to find out who is murdering their kind—and they need the Shadowhunters’ help to do it. But time works differently in faerie, so Mark has barely aged and doesn’t recognize his family. Can he ever truly return to them? Will the faeries really allow it?
Glitz, glamours, and Shadowhunters abound in this heartrending opening to Cassandra Clare’s Dark Artifices series.

모두 보기I just couldn't get into it. It was so drawn out I was getting bored. I liked how at times it incorporated the characters from The Mortal Instruments but I struggled to stay interested in this book.
5 starsI was a bit hesitant to read this book because I was like... another Shadowhunter series again??? but this was such a good book! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and I really liked the characters. I loved the plot twists and the recurring characters from TMI and The Infernal Devices. I absolutely loved Cristina and the character development of Mark. I can't wait to read Lord of Shadows.
I look forward to reading this book. I also cannot wait until the next mortal instrument books comes out, actualy so excited! And writing more books about shadowhunters? Go ahead Cassandra Clare, i cannot wait. I went through the mortal instruments and infernal devices like there was no tomorrow, i loved them books. I love the whole feeling of jumping into their world, it's amazing. Now chop on and get writing, there's only so many more books i have left to read. Just write what you want, people don't wanna read it then they dont have too. Im sure there's plenty of books that not everyone reads. Different opinions and i cant wait!
