Beautiful, hurtful, its how i feel about all war stories and games i played. The sacrifice, trying to do anything to stay alive. I don't even know what to say, just that it really is beautiful.
This book omg.... You think you know something and then you don't know anything. The ending of this book was so impactfull. Unfortunately I didnt cry but I came close to it.
After the most tramatic read of my life where I dehydrated myself sobbing, I finally reached the last chapter of the book. I thought the end to heartbreak was over, however the first page threw me for such a loop I had to stop and re-read the entire book AGAIN to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me.... If that does not speak to Kristin's ability to write, then I don't know what does. That is all I have to say.
