What do you do when your imaginary friends stop talking to you?

Jodi Flynn is an unremarkable twelve year old. She prefers the company of her fictional friends, despite the teasing she endures from kids her own age and her mother's attempts to draw her out of her fantasy world.
When real life tragedy spirals out of control, Jodi panics as her imaginary friends pull away. Suddenly she must find a way to face what is happening to her family - without the cast of characters she has always relied on.
