It's a great book for someone whose feeling stuck in life. There are definitely a lot of good things you can immediately implement in your life and see improvement. It really is about courage. But at the same time I don't agree with everything. And I feel like there's something that my tiny brain couldn't really understand completely so I might give it a read again someday.
