New York City police officer Liam McAllister is on duty when the nukes are detonated high in the atmosphere, and chaos ensues. He and his colleagues slowly come to realize that the EMP is a cover for a pre-planned deluge of Chinese soldiers and infiltrators who have already crossed the unsecured borders en masse, and are about to flood the streets of key cities across the nation.
