Young widow Abigail Sanders is doing fine. She's raising her nine-year-old son Nicky and keeping her riding school afloat following the death of her husband. But now the past has invaded her peaceful present. Raoul Melville, Earl of Savile, brings the news that Nicky has been named in Lord Devane's will.
