설명
The beginnings of a haunting that would last for hundreds of years...
Rayland March came to Mobile to film a documentary about the mysterious Beaumont family. She could not have predicted the heartache and terror she would experience when she learns the truth about the long-dead socialites--and her connection to them. Can dreamcatcher and ghost hunter Carrie Jo and Ashland Stuart help her? Or will she face the dead alone?
In 1793, the Beaumonts, a wealthy yet reclusive family fled France for the wild shores of the Mississippi Territory. The three children, Olivia, Christine, and Louis were quickly welcomed into society, largely because of their beauty, education, and charisma. There is also the matter of a stolen fortune--and a family secret they would do anything to protect.
Handsome and charming Louis Beaumont courts the unstable Eva Rollings but when he rejects her, Eva releases hell on earth. Louis' rejection of Eva leads to a horrible tragedy that changes the Beaumont family's fate.
Headstrong and beautiful, debutante Olivia Beaumont also falls in love with a man who may not be worthy of her. At her long-awaited wedding, a terrible tragedy occurs. One that leaves the community forever changed and the bloody event will never be forgotten.
And it will leave a multitude of ghosts behind...
Will Rayland step back in time and become one of them?
