설명
In a world where intrigue and ambition intertwine, Althea Vestrit is determined to reclaim her family’s heritage and restore their legendary ship. Her journey leads her through treachery and unexpected alliances, as she navigates the complexities of a society that values power and wealth above all. The stakes become increasingly perilous as she confronts ruthless adversaries and grapples with her own desire for vengeance and responsibility.
As the narrative unfolds, the bonds between characters deepen, revealing their vulnerabilities and aspirations. The tale intricately weaves themes of belonging, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of adventure, leaving readers eager for more. Each turn of the page invites exploration into the lives of not just Althea, but the many souls tied to the fate of the ship and its legacy.

The Liveship Traders saga moves on. More politics, action and the minor characters step up to the plate. Am I the only one who loves the driven nature of Malta? Good Grief! Tunnels, mud, looking like she been dragged through a s**t pile backwards SHE still gives the Satrap tons of attitude. (When you read what happens to her to-be husband Reyn she should not worry). Keffria, Winthorp, Althea. Everyone gets a chance. Hobb squeezes all this into 906 pages but not a page is wasted. Book 3 is coming.
