For the longest time computers seemed to generate more paper rather than reduce it especially with the wide spread use of email where many still feel the need to print rather than read from the screen. However with more people on smart phones, laptops, tablets and just having access to the internet in general from home the need to print everything is dwindling. Companies are fast realizing that the cost of space to store paper files/folders is much higher than having disk storage space and backup systems; document scanners as well have become more affordable for the home and small office. Now more than ever an office can achieve a near paperless environment!This ebook has been designed as a general guide with a small office in mind; however some topics can be applied to a home based business or to the individual.
