This Morning's Prayer: The start to a great and God-filled day!

There is an importance to starting each day with the Word of God. Life is hard, and there are times when we can feel alone, even hopeless. There are also those times when we are on top of the mountain and think things just can't get any better. But allow me to ask you this. Where is the balance during those times? What is our plumb line determining whether those times are actually valleys or mountain tops? What is the truth in each of those moments?

This Morning's Prayer is not about promoting your best days now or filling your head with thoughts of financial prosperity through the idea of "if you will only believe and have faith." No, these daily prayers encourage us and guide us through the everyday struggles of life that are so real, pointing us to the One who created us and continues to give us our very breath.
