Torrent is a lilitu, the creature that vampire myths are based on. A lilitu Council representative, Reid, saves Sean before he's kidnapped by a suspicious company, Spiros Inc. When Sean's girlfriend is taken to lure him to them, he risks everything to find her, even if it puts him and his new associate in death’s clutches.Their stories soon spiral into a hunt for survival, an excursion into the darkness of the human and monstrous psyches inside of all of us.
