🕵️♀️ ALC Review 😲' Debra is a prolific author, but I've never picked up one of her books. I am *so* glad I read this one! I'll be picking up more by her for sure. 🤓The dynamics of the detectives' partnership was really enjoyable. The personal backgrounds developed progressed the story and deepened the way I felt about them. They have a special relationship.The case and how it progressed over time and with Liv herself was so captivating. Fanning was - such an enraging character and I was sooooo behind figuring out how to put him away. When the family connection came in, though. I just - was flabbergasted. 👏Narrated by the amazing Victoria Connolly it's an audiobook listen for sure! You *could* read the book, but...you'd be missing some great narration. Happy June Audiobook month!! If you like detective partnerships, psychological thrillers, or a detective's personal involvement with a case, you may like this book. This comes out June 30th!!
