Me ha gustado mucho la introducción a estos nuevos personajes de la saga. Me ha dejado con la intriga de saber más y más con cada capítulo que leía.

I thought some of the characters, especially Will, were very similar to the characters in mortal instruments but it was just as good, if not better. Amazing plot with a great twist and suspenseful ending. I can not wait till the next.
Aunque el principio se hace un poco lentillo luego va cogiendo ritmo y leer los principios de la saga de cazadores de sombras ha sido muy awesome y muy enamorada de will aunque tb de jem que ♥ y tessa como prota me ha caido muy bien :D y ese final omg asi que nada a por el siguente :)
2.9 okayish. I like it some bit, but most was really boring toooooo much information dumping. But it's a great world building.
I admire Cassandra Clare with how she made this Shadowhunter world. Really, I do. However, while reading the first four chapters of the book, I just can not help but argue with myself if I am reading City of Bones yet again. True enough, the setting of the story is way different from CoB, but the characters! They are almost the same! I see no difference between Tessa and Clary. Both female leads find out that they're not who they think they are and suddenly, they're thrown into the world of Shadowhunters. Their naivety irritates the heck out of me. Don't let me start with Will, another freaking Herondale. Seriously? Is the author that much of in love with their family? Jem, well, I can not say anything bad about Jem. He's a total sweetheart. Nevertheless, I cannot say that the book was THAT bad. It's just that the flow of the story and characters resembles too much with the Mortal Instruments Series. Same formula. Will I be reading the next book? I guess, what with the current quarantine in our area. Stay safe everyone!
