Landscape Specification Guidelines-Part 8: Tree Preservation

The Landscape Specification Guidelines 6th edition, Parts 1– 8 were developed by the Landscape Contractors Association MD • DC • VA (LCA), with extensive input from the individuals acknowledged in the beginning of each specification. The guidelines represent the most up‑to‑date research and techniques used in the landscape industry and serve as a guide for specifying, installing, and maintaining quality landscape projects. They promote horticulturally sound principles, with consideration to the landscape contractor, landscape architect, and owner. The guidelines are advisory only and may be used as a reference in developing other landscaping industry standards.
