Long and drawn out to the extent that I found myself wanting to finish it quickly so that I could move on to the next. I still loved the characters but feel that there are so many side stories going on that it is becoming a little tedious.
I LOVE the BDB series, however I knew very early on that this was not the story I wanted to read for Tohrment! I bought Lover Reborn the day it came out but after reading 4 chapters I KNEW that I would not be happy! So I put it down, but there was so many other story lines woven in and I knew I had to get through the book before her next one came out. I WANTED Wellies back, not that I had any love or hate for No'One/Autumn she just was not the story I wanted. I understand why J.R. Ward wrote it this way, Lassiter would have no purpose to be in these books ... still disappointed. I can only hope that Ward's ultimate goal for Lassiter will make this book worth the disappointment.
