March: Book Two
Beschrijving
As the story progresses, it delves into the challenges that coalition-building posed within the movement, the fierce resistance encountered, and the harrowing experiences of nonviolent protests. This poignant depiction not only honors the sacrifices made by countless individuals but also serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing fight for civil rights, encouraging readers to reflect on their own roles in shaping a more equitable society.
Recensies
Definitely just as good as the first book. I don't have a hard time getting through this book more so because I was in between reading other books so I can't find myself not wanting to finish this book and wanted to finish other books instead. But either way the book was still very good and I loved how he ended with the Martha Luther King speech I had a dream. As well as his meeting his last meeting with President Kennedy alive.
