Captain Cooper and the crew of the U.S.S. Nightstalker have been tasked with eliminating a remote terrorist controlled platform. According to his limited intelligence reports, the platform is home to a bio-weapons program that could change the balance of power on the Earth’s oceans forever. To make matters worse, a severe storm is rolling in and the bio-weapons are unlike anything Cooper could have ever imagined.
