Beschrijving

As darkness descends upon her world, a sense of isolation grips Bella Swan like a vice. The thrilling romance that once sparked between her and Edward Cullen now feels like a distant memory, overshadowed by his departure. Haunted by love and loss, Bella navigates the shadows of her small town, longing for the connection that once made her feel alive.

In her solitude, Bella discovers an unexpected friendship with Jacob, who brings a warmth that stirs her heart. Yet, Jacob harbors his own secrets that could change everything. As she finds herself tangled in the complexities of loyalty and the unseen dangers that lurk in the night, the boundaries of love and friendship blur.

With every turn of the page, tension and emotions escalate, leading Bella to confront the dark forces that threaten not just her existence, but the very fabric of her heart. Can she forge her own path in a world where the lines between love and peril become increasingly entangled?

Oke vroeger was dit een boekenreeks die ik geweldig vond, al herinner ik me dat ik dit boek echt het minst leuk vond.

[Spoiler Free Review]I'm taking off one star because I hate Jacob, lol! I love werewolves and I think Stephenie had some great ideas with their lore, but damn Jacob... Just no. I don't enjoy love triangles in general, but especially not when it's clear that Jacob was never an option anyway.Either way, it's still a great book. Was Bella's reaction a little overkill? Maaaybe, but I love the dramatics, okay? Her depression and thrillseeking was relatable though and an interesting dilemma for this book.Never forget shirtless Edward.
