Tom Simons is a wronged man and is out for revenge. Deserted as a child by drug-addict parents and abused in various care homes, the time has come to settle scores. Joining a criminal gang, he learns all the skills he needs and acquires the equipment (guns, etc) that his mission will require. When he is ready, he sets out on his own and, one by one, begins eradicating all the monsters who have made his own life a living hell. Truly, his is the DEAD HAND!
