Beschrijving
Jan Coverdale returns from Australia to spend Christmas with her half-brother Edward.
But shortly after she arrives, Edward unexpectedly jets off to Peru. A few days later, a shabbily dressed corpse is found with Edward’s wallet.
On the scene, DCI Webb identifies the victim as an investigative journalist. And it’s soon revealed that he was looking into the Coverdale family’s past.
But who wanted him dead?
Things take a dark turn when death strikes closer to home.
Jan fears she may be the next victim.
Will DCI Webb unravel the family’s sinister secrets before it’s too late?
