Total Football Program Plan: Coach Parker's comprehensive plan for a High School Football Program

For several years I served at the district office of the Pickens County Schools System in Georgia as the District Athletic Director and the Head Football Coach for Pickens High. After the 2018 Football Season, I was given the opportunity to move to the district office full time and resigned from coaching. Less than a year later, I moved from District Athletic Director toDirector of Human Resources for the district. This move has been great, and I really enjoy thejob. The only issue with the job is for the first time in decades, I was not involved withAthletics. I started sharing the things I did over the years. I have been blown away at how much it has helped people. This book is unique. It is not something I wrote for you. This is the program manual I kept up with and edited annually to run the football program. Since I worked for many, many years on this and do not use it now, I wanted to share with people that could use it. In no way, shape, or form am I saying this is the “right” way. I just wanted to share our way in hopes it could provide you with an idea or two to help your program.
