I felt that this book was a unnecessary filler book where everything sort of goes around in circles and nothing is ever resolved.
I really liked the book, but it got a bit slow in a few parts. I really enjoyed reading it and liked to see Rose evolve throughout her journey.In this book, Rose is searching for Dimitri in Russia. Here, she meets the Alchemists Sydney Sage. She is not happy that Rose has been leaving stragoi bodies everywhere. Sydney helps Rose continue her journey to find Dimitri. Rose still sees ghosts but has gotten more control over it. Through the book, she learns more about her and Lissas bond.In this book, we meet Dimitris family and see where he grew up. And meet Abe that seems like a not so good guy. Lissa has befriended a girl named Avery that seems nice but a bit troubled.The slow parts and the info dumping drag the rating down while the story itself is great. I did really like the book, especially the twists at the end of the book.
