 I went into this not expecting much, and almost gave up about ten pages in. Not from a genuine dislike, or even a permanent "did not finish" sort of rating--I just thought this was going to be a fluffy little paranormal/urban romance or something and I wasn't really in the mood.  I was very, very wrong, and I feel very, very foolish.  This was honestly phenomenal. It had a mythological element to it that I absolutely was not expecting but that I adored. I love hidden history and ancient myth and the feel of Arthurian legend, and this had it in spades, with a mystery and a bit of thriller mixed in as well.  The Raven Boys themselves were fascinating. They were difficult and three-dimensional and just very well-written. I liked each and every one of them, and if occasionally I wanted to beat Ronan over the head, I was in excellent company with that desire.  Adam and Gansey really shined. I loved watching them attempt to interact with each other when they came from such different places, and I felt for both of their hang-ups that caused problems with their friendship. Gansey probably stole my heart a bit more simply because his character was just more similar to mine in many ways--he wants the best for his friends, but he can't quite figure out what that is or what he needs to do with that, and also he has an unlikely quest of his own to pursue and he wants to make sure he has time to manage it and to handle all of the research necessary to follow every possible clue in the hopes of discovering what has been hidden. I felt a lot for Adam, who had an unfortunate situation and enough pride to turn a bad situation into one that was almost worse. Watching him handle the fallout of the entire quest was interesting, and I can't wait to see where he will end up going from here. I'm a little worried about how dark his future is going to be, admittedly. There was magic, but it was the sort of uncontrolled magic that makes it harder for the characters instead of easier. Blue's family was the major source of it--women that can see the future, with all of the pitfalls of that particular gift. Blue herself was easy enough to root for and to understand. She wanted to fit in, but not too much--a very teenage mindset. The part that made it interesting was really that she wasn't sure where she wanted to fit in, but the primary place was in a family full of what society would label outcasts. She fortunately did not suffer from YA heroine syndrome, so she also felt like a real and three-dimensional character. I liked her quite a bit. I can't wait to see where things are going to go from here. There was a mystery cleared up by the end of this novel, but not the entirety of the long-term quest, and something new and intriguing was introduced in the very last line that I can't wait to see a follow-up on. It didn't feel like an incomplete story, but it did feel like something that I really want to read more about as soon as possible, so I can't wait to see what happens next. 

So many things to say, but I can't cause it was too good!! It was a bit slow to start of with, but it got better. I loved Noah. All the characters are quite likeable and I love Blue as well.

This book was so good, it took me a bit to get really into it but as soon as I did I was hooked. I loved Blue, she was so soft spoken and adorable yet feisty. The ending took me by surprise!

Ik herinner me dit boek vaag. Ik was super excited, maar teleurgesteld uiteindelijk.

4⭐ pq habian cambios de POV q no se entendian bien (o capaz es mi traducción trucha)que mierda acabo de leerquiero mas de whatever the fuck this isno entendi posta que NADA y cada tanto pasaba algo q entendia MENOS pero me encantó. la autora se fumo todo lo que tenia al alcance antes de escribir el libro y se notono tenia ni idea de q trataba el libro antes de empezarlo pero definitivamente NO ERA ESTO. mucha cosa rara de videncia brujeria y anda a saber q mas, bastante interesante btw(ronan yo siempre te ame❤❤❤)

4.5 stars.I've wanted to read this series for a while, and I finally read it and now I'm finally reviewing it. This is one of my new favourite series. I loved all the Raven Boys and Blue and I loved how their characters grew and their relationships progressed. The reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because I was confused for a long time but after I got over the confusion, I enjoyed it immensely. I'm not really sure what else to say, but I'm so glad I finally read it.

“My words are unerring tools of destruction, and I’ve come unequipped with the ability to disarm them.”Siempre pongo al principio de mis reviews alguna quote que me haya gustado y ya está pero me gustaría decir con respecto a ésta que aqui Gansey me dio tantísima pena, con ganas de abrazarlo sin más :(3'75 STARSLe doy un casi 4 estrellas, que siendo sincera cuando empecé a leer el libro los primeros capitulos creia que no le daria más de 3 que hubo momentos que se me hizo un poco lento pero es verdad que una vez que te metes en la historia es otro cantar y hablando con Jess es verdad que durante todo el libro te dan pistas de los plot twists pero claro en el momento de leerlo pues no entiendes nada al menos es lo que me pasó a mi que decian cosas cripticas que no entendía pero simplemente estaban diciendo hechosvamos que los plot twists estaban ahi desde el principio jajaja con ganas de seguir pero es que están sacando tantas novedades guays ultimamente que no me da la vida jajajaPD: Adam me ha parecido INSOPORTABLE asi con mayúsculas siento sus circunstancias pero buff espero que cambie

Absolutely loved this book. Gansey was my favorite, he was mysterious and knew exactly what he wanted and misunderstood, i feel like i can relate to him. I definitely wasn't expecting things that happened it was a shock and I would have never guessed that it was Noah. The author wrote this mystery very well and she didn't make it easy to figure put who did it and what was really going on... 💙🐦‍⬛
