Coming along this app made me remember how much I had wanted to read the Brothers Grimm stories and to finally catch up on them like I have been trying for years, and I finally decided to start reading them. I’d never read the story of The Golden Bird before, and I found this a small wonder to just flick through and read twice over. I really enjoyed this, and read it quickly, before reading it the second time more slowly, taking the story in fully. This was a beautiful story about following the advice you’re given and how not to trust when told by friends. This has a wonderful moral behind the story.Did I have any qualms with it?I had no qualms with this whatsoever. I think this is a stunning story.Would I recommend it and who to?I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys classics, short stories and definitely to parents who want to read a story to their children.Overall opinionThis was a work of art. The moral behind the story is a stunning once and perhaps one that should be shown to children from a young age so that they remember it. I think this has a wonderful premise and I would love to see more books of this premise. If there are some out there that you know of, please let me know! This was a wonderful story and I loved it so, so much.
