She's lived a long time and made a life for herself as the teacher of the young and keeper of Angelic history. Galen is a warrior but he sees in Jessamy what others miss. Angels' Pawn, is a story of the Guild Hunter, Ashwini and the vampire Janvier, who make her want to give up some of her rules. Angel's Wolf, Rapheal has sent Noel to work for Angel Nimra, although its called a promotion it feels like a demotion. Noel's physical self has recovered from the torture he suffered recently but his mind is still fractured. Nimra is a beautiful, dangerous and strong angel that rules New Orleans with an iron fist. But she needs Noel's help in routing out a killer.
This is an anthology of 4 novellas and not one of them disappoints, I read it after angels Blood and I was glad I had as by the time I read the others I had insights to how the other characters fitted in to the storyline. Ms Singh hasn't disappointed me yet on any book I've read...
