On September 11, 2001, all the employees of Forester Financial died in the North Tower, most as a result of the initial impact of American Airlines Flight 11. Decker Banks’ office was directly in the path of that plane which explains why he was never heard from again after that horrible day… well, at least not until someone turned up with his identical fingerprints in San Francisco nearly two decades later.
During an ICE raid in San Francisco, the credentials for a man named Seizonsha Chance were brought into question. Once fingerprinted, the database matched his prints with those of a man who died on 9/11 named Decker Banks. Even more curious, it appears that Decker Banks was being investigated by Forester Financial at the time for potential fraud and embezzlement. When the North Tower collapsed, Decker Banks was never heard from again and understandably so. But what happened that would change his fate?
