For most people, Grand Bahama Island is an unspoilt paradise. Golden beaches, clear oceans, and friendly inhabitants make it the perfect destination for tourists. But this tropical utopia is far from perfect. 

Rose Fletcher is searching for her sister, Emily, who went missing from the island a month ago. With her London friends in tow, she begins a campaign upon the island that will hopefully answer some questions about her sister’s mysterious disappearance. But Rose could never have imagined what she was about to discover out there in paradise. 

The Caribs – a tribe of merciless cannibals – are the sole natives of a nearby islet, and the girls soon find themselves fighting for their lives as Rose realises her sister hasn’t been kidnapped or trafficked. 

She’s been sacrificed.
