El cole

It is Pepe’s first day of school in England, and he is a bit nervous, even though he will be going to the same one as Tom and Lia. His morning brings the first surprise of the day when Pepe discovers that he needs to wear a uniform. He then feels slightly overwhelmed in Ms. Pinkerton’s class when he finds that he understands some assignments but not others. The most interesting surprise of all, though, is when his science teacher brings out his pet hamster and it escapes—with all of the kids hot on its heels.

 

Es el primer día de escuela en Inglaterra para Pepe, y está un poco nervioso, aunque va a la misma escuela que Tom y Lia. Su mañana trae la primera sorpresa del día cuando descubre que necesita usar uniforme. Luego, siente un poco abrumado en la clase de señorita Pinkerton cuando ve que entiende algunas asignaturas pero no otras. La sorpresa más interesante de todo, sin embargo, es cuando su profe de ciencia trae su mascota y ésta se escape—con todos los niños persiguéndolo.
