A story about the fall of the United States of America and its aftermath. The story focuses on a survivalist in a small Minnesota community and his daughter in Missouri. With no warning the country is plunged into the dark ages with no transportation and no communication whatsoever. Murderers, thugs and criminals take advantage of the anarchic state of the country and prey on victims without recourse. Robert Claude must hatch a plan to reach his daughter Cassidy and bring her back to the safety of his compound.
