Opis
As he meticulously pieces together the past, Poirot navigates a labyrinth of personal motives and striking betrayals. Each of the five "little pigs" offers a unique perspective, painting a complex picture of love, jealousy, and secrets. With a masterful blend of deduction and psychological insight, the detective must sift through layers of confusion to discern fact from fiction, ultimately revealing that the truth can be as elusive as it is revealing.

I was close to figuring it out! Will I ever be able to read Christie’s mind and guess who the murderer is? I was pretty close this time. Caroline Crale reaches out to Hercule Poirot for help in uncovering the truth behind the murder of her father Amyas Crale, which occurred 16 years ago and for which her mother was convicted. There are five possible witnesses, each with a potential motive but also an alibi. Will Poirot be able to discover the truth? Is Caroline Crale ready to learn what really happened? It’s absolutely marvelous. Interestingly, the title has almost nothing to do with the book, but it’s still a nice touch.
