I absolutely loved this true story by Raina Telgemeier. I also had anxiety and stomach problems at a young age so I totally related to this story. It is important for kids to know that talking about their feelings and fears, and going to therapy is never a bad thing. It shows that you are strong and that you want to be your best self. Thank you Raina for sharing your story!
