This is the last book in the Midnight Delta series, I definitely recommend you go start at book one if you haven't read the others...Caitlyn O'Leary writes such fantastic characters, relationships and scenes that make my heart sigh 💖. Mason and Sophia 🥰🥰🥰... Oh my mind often flips back to their origin story... I am going to re read it soon as I don't want to leave these characters behind (this is now two of my favorite authors who have written their swan song for a series I've adored and re read multiple times (Caitlyn is my Military men go to author - Nalini Singh, my go-to paranormal romance author) and Both published this month... My heart is ❤️🩹. Ok back to this book...I'm loving every page, and even though I have read the synopsis ages ago, I dived into the storyline and just emersed myself into the words... And the way Caitlyn just creates the inkling of unease throughout the beginning, my solar plexus is starting to tighten in anticipation of something happening. And this is why I will read everything she publishes. She delivers suspense so fluidly. 👏🏼I didn't see the plot twist coming and boy it starts getting tense as we journey through the women of the Delta team dealing with what they thought was going on...I'm not one to lay out the plot in my reviews, just how I feel about a book as I read it. I literally sat and read till I finished... Good job my current life is sitting around until my husband needs my help (he's recovering from 2 major surgeries)So 5 well earned ✨ 👏🏼🥰.Go check out the Midnight Delta series now, you're in for an amazing journey of heroes with heart and their soulmates who complete them. 💖✴️Oh and she also writes amazing small town stories too... Jasper Creek is that series! And her next book Billy is set in that town, I'm pre ordering it now!
