A pleasant surprise I found through a book club. There is a slight dissonance with some descriptions, which I put down to it being translated from Icelandic. Very adept at building suspense, the visuals are fantastic and it definitely has the chill factor. Getting into the latter third of the book, I had deemed it a daytime read only.
