L'Étrange Cas du Dr Jekyll et de Mr Hyde

This graphic novel adaptation breathes new life into the classic tale of duality and morality penned by Robert Louis Stevenson. The story unfolds in the shadowy streets of Victorian London, where the seemingly respectable Dr. Jekyll grapples with the darker impulses within himself. As he concocts a potion that allows him to transform into the malevolent Mr. Hyde, the narrative explores the struggle between good and evil that resides in every human soul.

Josep Busquet and Pere Mejan skillfully illustrate this haunting transformation, vibrant visuals capturing the stark contrast between Jekyll’s noble demeanor and Hyde’s brutish cruelty. Each panel delves deep into the psychological turmoil faced by the characters, bringing an intense emotional resonance that's often elusive in traditional prose.

Sanvi’s art complements the chilling atmosphere, drawing readers into a world where science and morality collide in unexpected ways. This adaptation invites both new readers and seasoned fans to experience an age-old tale through a captivating and modern lens.
