Gus was a friendly ghost who lived in an old house in the country. When The family who owned it decided to sell it Gus had nowhere to go. He tried living with an old ghost down the road, but Gus's banging and clanging got on the old fellow's nerves. Then he tried living with his mouse friend, but the mouse hole was too small. When the man in charge of tearing down the house came to visit, a surprising turn of events took place.
