When Gloria White goes to film her monthly segment of Food Rush on her company’s cooking show, the popular Chef with whom she briefly shares the set collapses on camera and is soon pronounced dead. The man is known for his surly demeanor and philandering ways, so murder is immediately suspected, but not easily determined. Gloria uses her skills as a former investigative journalist to round up all the suspects and clues with the help of Jack Darling, a police detective and an old flame.
